Extraordinary Mission

Extraordinary Mission (2017) is a high-octane Chinese-Hong Kong crime thriller about Lin Kai, a dedicated undercover police officer who infiltrates a sadistic drug cartel ("Twin Eagles") in the Golden Triangle. He struggles with addiction, forced upon him by the cartel leader, while trying to destroy the organization from within.
